Madly Wish linens are machine washable on your preferred cycle. We recommend a low heat setting for the dryer. Spot cleaning is suggested for small keepsake items; i.e. Tooth Fairy Pillows and Birthday Crowns.

Madly Wish linens are plant-dyed. Slight variations of the same color may result if purchases are made at different times. Patterned linens are yarn dyed using linen threads that are dyed separately before being woven. This allows for a large variety of patterns and designs that stand out from the base fabric color.

We make every attempt to match patterns that are purchased at separate times to allow consistency for your personal MW collection. We'd love to hear from you if you have a special request or would like to confirm a color or pattern before reordering.

Our collection is handcrafted by seamstresses located throughout the United States. Personalized items will ship in 3-5 business days. Unless noted, all other orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks.

We offer FREE Shipping on all domestic orders via USPS.

International customers are responsible for all custom duties, taxes, and fees.

You may return any unpersonalized items within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unwashed, and in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on personalized items.

Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you within 5-7 business days that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you have received a promo code, the code is valid for 30 days from date of issue. Promotional codes are not transferable or redeemable for prior purchases. Codes cannot be combined with other discounts.
Codes cannot be redeemed after the 30 days have expired.
